

Huldre Training / Huldre Yoga x Burn Fitness
In connection with Huldulitt 2026, we’re inviting you to a special huldre workout and huldre yoga session.
In the dark — with great music, a unique atmosphere, and living light — we train like huldre folk: This isn’t your regular workout… This is huldre training.
From 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM we train in the dark at the Burn Fitness training center.
From 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Ksenia will guide huldre yoga in the dark with mindfulness, breathing, and sound healing meditation: a deep, calm, and grounding experience where you truly disconnect (bring a blanket and warm socks for the full experience).
Admission:
We’re offering free access to both huldre training and huldre yoga for everyone that day!
Just check in at reception. Huldre yoga requires sign-up since space is limited. Reserve your spot by emailing Burn@Burn.fo.
Note: Huldre training in the dark = not the day to set new records in bench press and squats, but the perfect day to awaken your huldre powers.
