Open Mic / Open Stage with KÁES

The hosts Anna and Arnold once again welcome you with their usual enthusiasm and open arms.
They emphasize creating a safe and nurturing environment where songwriters, poets, musicians, and comedians can try out new material or share pieces that have been tucked away in a drawer for a while.

Special guest this time: KÁES
Kristian Samuel, better known as KÁES, is a new name on the Faroese music scene. With a personal, lo-fi-inspired rap style, produced from scratch in Logic, his music comes straight from the heart and out into the world.

Although Kristian doesn’t play any instruments, KÁES has created everything himself – from the beats to the production and vocals. His music is his therapy and his way of expressing emotions that are otherwise difficult to put into words.
