The purpose of the training is to improve balance, increase strength and fitness, with the goal of promoting well-being and joy in life, and preventing falls and lifestyle-related diseases.
We usually start with a warm-up. Then we do various exercises and games, with an emphasis on making sure everyone can participate. We end with a cozy social time with coffee, tea, water, and fruit — a chance to connect with others, and the conversation usually flows well.
We train on Wednesdays at 9:00 and 10:15, and on Fridays at 10:15. Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by the social gathering. You’re free to choose which time you attend, and you’re welcome to come both days.
The offer is open, meaning there’s no need to sign up or cancel if you can’t attend.
Payment is made via bank transfer. Monthly fee:
