

Learn how to make sour milk and kefir

Did you know that what you ferment at home has many more different (good) stomach bacteria than the products you buy in the stores? And did you know that the gut bacteria are part of both our immune system, our digestion and absorption of food, AND some even think that the gut bacteria can affect our mood.
This is all something you will learn more about in the sour milk workshop – and we will of course also make sour milk / kefir. We will talk about milk – about what milk is and about the quality of milk.
The workshop is for those of you who want to cook from scratch – because you want to know what you’re eating, and also because it’s (usually) cheaper.
It may sound time-consuming to make your own milk extracts – but sour milk takes less than 5 minutes to make!
P.s. Sour milk is basically the same as kefir – you will also learn about this in the workshop. You will learn the difference between sour milk and kefir, and you will learn to make both!
