Ester Skála

Songwriting has always been her safe place – a space for healing, expression and everything in between. Her sound leans toward pop with electronic and hyper-pop elements, wrapped in poetic, dreamlike lyrics. And at the center of it all is her signature world: a soft, vibrant PinkPop universe.

In 2021 she released UNICORN, which won the Audience Award at the Faroese Music Awards. A year later came SPOTLIGHT, also FMA-nominated. Together with her loyal live band, she has performed across the Faroe Islands at a wide range of events.

In 2024 she represented the Faroe Islands at Pan-ArcticVision in Greenland and appeared at several festivals, and in 2025 her debut LP was released — featuring brand-new songs alongside her well-known hits.

Audiences have a lot to look forward to — Ester Skála is just getting started.
