Faroese Art in a New Light

Around 170 works have been selected from the museum’s collection of approximately 3,000 artworks and brought together in new ways. Familiar works have new neighbours, others have come into view, and new connections across time and generations have emerged.

Join us for the exhibition opening on Friday 6 November, from 16:00 to 19:00.

At 16:00, Director Solveig Hanusardóttir Olsen will welcome visitors and share the ideas and work behind the new display.

At 17:00, there will be a short guided tour of the exhibition.

There will also be music and light refreshments.

Everyone is warmly welcome.
