The purpose of the training is to improve balance and increase strength and fitness, with the aim of promoting well-being and joy in life, while preventing falls and lifestyle-related diseases.
Usually, we start with a warm-up. Afterwards, there are various games or exercises, with an emphasis on making sure everyone can participate. We finish with a cozy social time with coffee, tea, water, and fruit – a chance to enjoy each other’s company and good conversation.
We train on Wednesdays at 9:00 and 10:15 and on Fridays at 10:15. Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by social time. You are free to choose which time suits you, and you are welcome to come on both days.
The program is open – meaning there is no need to register in advance or give notice if you cannot attend.
Payment is made via bank transfer. Monthly fee:
178 DKK for 2 sessions per week
136 DKK for 1 session per week
