FAROE PRIDE 2026 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Faroe Pride will again take place on July 27 at 4:00 PM!

The pre-pride warm-up starts at 3:00 PM by Tórsvøllur, where we’ll offer free face painting and hand out flags. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the work of LGBT+ Føroyar by buying drinks   or merchandise from our sales booth ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Havnar Hornorkestur will bring the festive spirit to the warm-up, and you can enjoy a dance performance by Ludvík Petur Heiðinsson (choreographer) and the dancers Katrin, Lizzie, Anna, and Gunnrið  💃

At 4:00 PM, the parade will set off from Tórsvøllur, and Elisa Vang will energize the crowd with chants and cheers! When we reach Vaglið, there will be a free concert with Silvurdrongur, Sakaris and Guðrið Hansdóttir. Our very own Siriously will be the hostess and guide us through the event, Ólavur Eysturdal, priest, will give a speech 😍🏳️‍🌈

Faroe Pride is the day we bring colour to the streets of Tórshavn and celebrate the progress made in the Faroe Islands. At the same time, it’s a day to shed light on the rights still lacking in the fight for LGBT+ equality, such as legal gender recognition 🏳️‍⚧️

LGBT+ Føroyar encourages everyone who want a diverse, equal, and inclusive Faroe Islands to show up for Faroe Pride 2026 🥰

Together, we can show that the Faroese people want a society that respects the rights of LGBT+ individuals.

Afterwards, there will be afterparty at Náttarklubbin.
