Fimleikafagnaðurin 2025

There will be a hopeful celebration at the Nordic House on November 8th and 9th, when 400 gymnasts participate in this year’s “Fimleikafagnaður”. The festival is held every other year and is for all gymnastics clubs in the Faroe Islands.

The clubs participating are Fimleikafelagið Flog, Fimleikafelagið Ljósið, Fimleikafelagið Støkk, and Klaksvíkar Fimleikafelag.

With gymnasts from all disciplines, the club interprets the theme “Hope” through movement, light, music, and imagination.

In total, there are three performances: one on Saturday, November 8th, and two on Sunday, November 9th. The winner will be revealed at the last performance.

A jury team from various artistic backgrounds, along with representatives from the participating clubs, will choose the winner.

Tickets: 
Saturday at 2:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM. Regular price 200 DKK and 75 DKK for children (12 years and younger).
Sunday at 4:00 PM the price is 250 DKK for everyone.- SOLD OUT
