Huldulitt at the National Oceanarium

Join an exploration tour at the Maritime Museum, where the museum invites both children and adults into a magical Huldulitt experience — a huldre-lit museum where fish, plants, light, and shadows create a special atmosphere.

Many Faroese legends have a strong connection to the sea and the unknown hidden beneath the surface. This experience among the fish and plants brings culture, folklore, and heritage together.

In darkened rooms, children and adults can go on an exploration adventure and discover different creatures such as pearl fish, starfish, and crabs using their own flashlights, experiencing marine life in a whole new way.

After the exploration tour, children can place their paper boats into a box and take part in a prize draw for a gift card to Sjósaunagos, which gives access to the entire Sjósaunagos area for 3 hours, including the sauna, two hot tubs, and cold-water pools.
There is space for 20 people, and the prize value is 5,000 DKK.

It will also be possible to watch the diver, Boga Krosstein, swim in the large tank with a headlamp, while music and darkness create a calm and magical atmosphere.

Price:
