Tjant’s latest release is titled “ógreiða”. Tjant (Heðin Ziska Davidsen – guitar, synths and electronics, Mikael Blak – bass, synths and electronics and Per Ingvaldur Højgaard Pedersen – drums, drum programming) conceived this music on stage over a period of about 4 years and then recorded it and produced it to a record and now the group is using this music on stage as improvisational material.“Ógreiða” is the Faroese word for entropi, which refers to the degree of disorder or randomness in a system.
