Trips to Nólsoy on Oyggjadagurin – Children’s Trip

If you’re bringing children along, there will be a trip to visit the Princess Ruins (prinsessutoftirnar) in Korndalur — where a real pirate will appear to tell stories!

There will also be the option to hike to Suður í Dalar with a local guide who knows the area well.

After the walk, there will be a fascinating guided tour at the Ova Museum (Ovasavnið), where you can buy refreshments like soda and coffee — and maybe even a little treat to go with it.

Schedule:

  • 10:00 – Westward Ho departs from Tórshavn to Nólsoy

  • 11:00 – Children’s trip to Korndalur, where the Princess Ruins are. The group will also visit Uppi í Skipi, and a pirate will be there to share tales!

  • 13:30 – Guided tour of the Ova Museum

  • 15:00 – Westward Ho returns to Tórshavn
