Vár’s Havnar Boys

In November, Tórshavn seems to disappear into the rain long before the night is over. But on the evening of the 21st, we intend to break that night apart!

We’ll set the night on fire with fast-paced jazz, free improvisation, live energy, and rhythms that pull people onto the dance floor and make it seem completely unnecessary to sit still.

The band features Justin James Villanueva on saxophone, Arnold Ludvig on bass, Kristian Pauli Ellefsen on piano, and Rógvi á Rógvu on drums.

We’re young enough to lose control for a moment, and we know jazz well enough to understand exactly what we’re losing control for.
