Community center in Nólsoy

Are you a pensioner, and would you like to meet other pensioners for various activities and events? Then the community center in Nólsoy is just for you.

The community center in Nólsoy is one of three community centers in Tórshavn Municipality. It opened in 2008 and is located at Geil 33 in Nólsoy.

The purpose of the community center is to provide pensioners in the municipality with opportunities to meet for diverse activities that benefit both body and mind, to enhance quality of life through preventive and health-promoting initiatives, and to organize social events in a cozy environment.

At the center, you can join in on communal singing, card games, social gatherings, group walks, knitting clubs, reading circles, lectures, friendly chats, and much more. Throughout the year, we also offer various courses and organize exercise sessions multiple times a week.

There is no membership requirement at the community center. We want everyone to feel warmly welcome.
