ANN MARI, ADA & BARBARA

Salon Ada opened on March 27, 2017. The salon is staffed by Ada Joensen and Barbara Terjadóttir.

Ada Joensen, the owner, is a trained hairdresser, makeup artist, and stylist with nearly 15 years of experience in the field. She is also certified by Balmain in hair extension application.

Barbara Terjadóttir is a trained hairdresser and makeup artist who has been in the profession since 2007. She is also certified by Balmain in hair extension application. Barbara previously worked in Tórshavn, Vágur, and Denmark. She and Ada trained at the same time, and in July 2018, Barbara joined the Salon Ada team.

Ann Mari completed her training in 1988 and has been in the profession ever since. Over the years, she has kept her skills up-to-date by taking various courses and learning new techniques. Ann Mari worked in Denmark for 12 years, in Hillerød and Copenhagen, and has been working in the Faroe Islands since 2007. She joined the Salon Ada team in October 2021.
