We are Hávarður and Sunniva – a sailor and an anthropologist, both deeply connected to the sea. We love exploring our rocky archipelago by sailboat and savoring freshly caught seafood.
Food is a catalyst for many good things, and we wish to celebrate our connection to the sea through our meals. We emphasize regenerative food practices, which shape our cooking and eating habits. We catch the seafood ourselves or buy it directly from local divers, seaweed farmers, or fishermen. Our cooking is seasonal, and we strive to embrace and utilize a variety of species and cuts, particularly the undervalued ones.
